Delivery Policy

We offer free standard delivery(3-5 working days) within Hong Kong (excluding Ma Wan, Discovery Bay, Airport, Island District, restricted areas and areas required special permission for vehicle access) during the launching period.​

For order received after launching period, we offer standard delivery within Hong Kong for HK$40 and free delivery upon order over HK$500.

We and our shipping company shall not be responsible or liable for any subsequent loss or damage which is not foreseeable.​
Return & Refund Policy

Every of our can is subject to our quality guarantee. If you believe the cans to be faulty, please email us at chako@cantocans.com and we are happy to make arrangements to have the cans collected and tested.

We may be unable to offer a refund if the cans have been stored inappropriately.

We are unable to offer a refund or replacement unless it is been notified within 5 working days upon the day of receipt.
